By accessing or using FlickBook (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.

You must NOT:

• —Submit false match results or manipulate ELO ratings fraudulently
• —Harass, threaten, or abuse other players on or off the platform
• —Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• —Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• —Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes copyright
• —Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

FlickBook operates a competitive ranking system based on reported match results. You agree to submit only accurate match data. Fraudulent reporting, collusion to inflate or deflate ratings, or any form of match-fixing is a serious violation and may result in permanent account termination and removal from all leaderboards.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (posts, messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant FlickBook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

FlickBook offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content created by FlickBook, is owned by FlickBook Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLICKBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
